Currently, our candles are made from 100% Soy Wax sourced from Soy Beans grown right here in the USA! Plant-based waxes are a completely natural renewable resource and the preferred choice in the journey toward sustainability. This reliable supply source provides a long list of environmental advantages such as... Non-toxic, Biodegradable, Clean burning, and completely free of animal derived substances (vegan and cruelty free!) Additionally all Fragrance Oils used in our candles are free from harmful chemicals and additive such as carcinogens, mutagens, pthalates reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins.

Since we are all so used to just picking a candle up at your local store, it is a little known fact that after pouring your candles, they have to cure for 2 whole weeks! This is so the wax and fragrance oils have ample time to meld together and give you a scent that is strong, long lasting, and can spread evenly throughout the room you are burning it in.

The most important part of knowing which candle to purchase is to be able to smell it right? We know that this can make shopping for a candle online a little daunting since you can't physically smell the candle. To mitigate this concern as best as we can, each candle listing has a description of the strongest notes of the scent.

The Cozy Club is The Merry Wick Rewards Program (it's more fun to give it a cute name). It works like any other Reward Program where you gain points, known as "Matches" in the Cozy Club, for every dollar that you spend with us. Your "matches" will add up until you have enough to get coupons for your next order!

In the top right corner of the site, there is now an account/login menu. If you do not currently have an account : Simply sign up for an account and you will automatically be enrolled into The Cozy Club! If you already have an account: You are already enrolled in The Cozy Club and can track your points through the "My Rewards" tab in your account menu!

Matches is just a cute name for "points"!

Every $1 you spend in the shop will earn you 1 Match! The only additional form of earning we currently offer is getting 50 Matches when you sign up for our Newsletter (which will also automatically get you a 10% Off Coupon for your next purchase as well!). Yes! While you will not see past purchases in the "My Orders" tab in your account, I have manually added all points from previous purchases to the associated emails with the purchase. If you create a new account (which automatically enrolls you in Cozy Club) with the same email you used for past purchases, you should see the points for those purchases already linked to your account!

Nope! Your points will stay linked to your account until you use them to redeem a coupon!

Log into your shop account and select the tab/drop down selection "My Rewards" and you will have access to how many points you have earned so far, as well as progress bars towards future rewards!
